Welcome to Cheep Housing

In 1880, this farm was built on the banks of the Nehalem river before logging companies and paved roads had come to this part of Oregon. Over the years, Vernonia grew, the railroad came and went, and today the linear bike trail and highway 47 provide easy access to this forested oasis between the coast and the Portland metro area.

Our family moved to this farm in 2007 and rebuilt the barn using the materials for the original structure. We are a family operation that strives to provide a farm experience and deliver the freshest products suited to the pacific northwest.

We strive to be open 7 days a week during the spring and summer months, but always check google maps for adjustments to our operational hours.
